Our Achievements
Here at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Primary we are extremely proud of the achievements of all our pupils. In order to celebrate these achievements we hold two Celebration Assemblies each week. One for EYFS and Keystage 1 and another for Keystage 2. Each week a pupil from each class is chosen to recieve the following awards:
Star of the Week - This is given weekly to a pupil in each class who has worked hard that week and displayed a school 'Purple Power'.
Maths Magician (KS1) Mathematician of the Week (KS2) - Given to a pupil who has worked exceptionally well in their Maths Learning.
Writer of the Week - Awarded to a pupils for outstanding writing.
Virtues and Values - This award is given each week to a pupil who has displayed the virtue and value we have been focussing on this half term.
TTRockstars - We also award certificates for pupils who have moved up the leader board on TTRockstars for working hard on their times table recall.
This assembly is also the time when pupils can showcase any outside school achievements they may have.
